Our engineering teams consistently deliver top-notch design, engineering, and technical work to our satisfied customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a committed Fluid Systems Engineer to join our innovative team.

YOUR MISSION

As a Fluid Systems Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in the conception, design, documentation, and implementation of various fluid systems, including hydraulic power units, lubrication systems, and water systems. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Collaborate & Create: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to understand system requirements and generate quotes for new sales and service opportunities.
  • Develop, Design & Estimate: Utilize your modeling and CAD skills to develop standard systems, conceptualize designs, and estimate costs ensuring project feasibility.
  • Production & Commissioning: Support the fabrication, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of hydraulic systems, both at our headquarters and customer sites.
  • Document & Train: Produce compliant technical documents, and create comprehensive bills of materials, schematics, and more that will aid in guiding internal teams and customers to success..
  • Travel Opportunities: Get the chance to travel (up to 30%) to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
Fluid Systems Engineer

ABOUT YOU

  • You hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Equivalent experience from the field may be considered. 
  • With at least 5 years of experience, you have a proven background in concepting, estimating, designing, fabricating, and servicing hydraulic fluid systems.
  • You have a strong background in customer interactions and an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirit, driven to deliver results with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with change management and formal safety training are preferred. You have a clean safety record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced computer skills such as PC OS/admin and installing/repairing networks.
  • Being self-motivated and an influential leader are essential for success in this role.
