Systems can be custom configured based on the types of scrap that you wish to process. The following "Complex Scrap" is typically processed in our multifunctional shredder plant:

• Aluminum Scrap
• Brown Goods
• Electric Motor up to 1.5 HP
• Electronic Scrap including mainframe computers
• Medical and Military Scrap
• Telegraphic Scrap
• Mixed ferrous and non-ferrous scrap

Typical shredder plant consists of the following operational steps:

1. Pre-sorting into like materials. As the scrap comes to the recycling plant it should be sorted into the above mentioned categories. The main reason is to reach a better end product quality by adjusting the machines for the type of scrap. This makes the plant more efficient to run and a better yield is achieved.

2. (Optional Pre chopping) The scrap can prepared to a uniform flow reducing large pieces and making the shredder more productive.

3. The pre-sorted materiasl are fed to the shredder via conveyor belt. The shredder liberates the materials because of its unique rotor, rings and grate design.
