What do you do? I handle anything that deals with Organization, Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics for inbound and outbound shipments. Most importantly, I focus my attention on customer satisfaction. I make sure the shipments ship when they are supposed to, arrive to the customer in the same condition they left WENDT in and there are no damages or shortages. I recover damages and lost funds through the LTL carriers insurance to help recoup money back to the company. I provide quotes from various carriers to ensure that WENDT is getting the best rate for the services needed to deliver product to the job sites and customers. Another function of my position is monitoring and directing employees to various work assignments throughout the day keeping everyone active and moving the company forward on orders and projects.
What do you enjoy to do outside of work? Outside of work I’m into home remodeling and constantly improving my home. I am a hunter and enjoy the fall and winter seasons. I also enjoy riding my ATV on my property. On the side, I like to shop estate sales and flips items.
Fun Facts: I like to make people smile because smiling is healthy for everyone. There is too much anger in the world and sometimes it is necessary to put the serious side away and enjoy everything and everyone around you.
