• Utilize mastery of solid modeling skills to design, assemble, engineer, and detail models.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar curriculum or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5 years practical work experience in a related field is required.

• Design of electrical schematics and other project documents using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Development of quotes for new sales and service opportunities.
• Provide direct technical support to customers and colleagues in the field. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times as a priority.
• Onsite and remote PLC programming.
• System design and calculations.
• Efficiently manage multiple active projects at varying stages of progress.
• Up to 15% travel to customer sites, both domestic and internationally.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in schematic design using AutoCAD. AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
• PLC programming experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience with each of the following; electrical engineering analysis, supporting calculations, wire sizing, and voltages.
• Hands on experience as an electrician doing wiring and I/O check out work preferred.

• Responsible to work with manufacturing department and sub-contractors to ensure design intent is understood and quality is met.
• Work with Project Management to ensure products are released and available in a timely matter to meet schedule.
• Able to both create designs from scratch as well as repurpose existing design concepts into new ones.
• Employ Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices to achieve maximum cost benefit to produce parts and assemblies.

Education and Experience:
• B.S. degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 or more years of progressive experience in a related role.
• Experience working for an OEM or a steel fabricator is preferred.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.

• Conceptualize, engineer, specify, and commission control systems as a lead engineer.
• Design of electrical schematics and other project documents using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in schematic design using AutoCAD. AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
• Five (5) years PLC programming experience using Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 and RSLogix 500.
• Five (5) years of HMI touch screen programming and experience using RSView ME/SE.
• Five (5) years of Engineering experience designing and implementing electrical systems for large manufacturing or industrial equipment. Specific experience in the scrap metal, mining, or quarry industries preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience with each of the following; electrical engineering analysis, supporting calculations, wire sizing, and voltages.
• Experienced as an electrician doing wiring and I/O check out.

The Field Service Technician (FST) performs installation, commissioning, and repair work at customer sites. They troubleshoot problems arising in the equipment to identify root cause so it can be returned to normal operating parameters. During installation and commissioning of new equipment they work to ensure results meet or exceed performance standards and that customers are trained and satisfied. Technical cross-training, safety, and travel flexibility are fundamental requirements of the position.
• Diagnose and repair equipment either in our own shop or by travelling to the location of the customer.
• Install and commission new equipment at the customer site.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times as a priority.
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure it is meeting minimum performance standards.
• Provide telephone, email, and text support to the customer in order to perform troubleshooting or training.
• When not in the field, perform equipment assembly and test in the shop to support manufacturing and/or any other work in the shop for which they are qualified.
• Supervise, instruct, direct, and assign work to shop employees who may be at a customer site assisting with work there and be responsible for the work they oversee.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the equipment and processes by providing timely and organized feedback to the company.
• Prepare and distribute required reports in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as requested by your supervisor.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma
• Advanced vocational degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial equipment industry
• Experience traveling to perform service or installations preferred

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining the Company’s equipment used within the facility and the manufacturing process. When there are no repairs or maintenance activities required, the Maintenance Mechanic will perform manufacturing work on the shop floor.
• Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs to pant machinery and equipment.
• Organization and storage of spare parts, equipment, and maintenance consumables
• Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities.
• Electrical repair and installation.
• Mechanical and hydraulic assembly related tasks.
• Extremely safety conscious.
• Rigging and material handling.
• Self-motivated and works well alone.
• Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Education and Experience:
• High school degree
• Completion of a recognized program in vocational training
• Proven working experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Successfully completed industrial safety training (OSHA 1910)
• Training and/or experience with the NEC and NFPA 70e
