Our project management team is full of reliable leaders committed to exceeding client expectations at every step of the project from pre-sale to commissioning. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable International Project Manager to join our dedicated team.
YOUR MISSION
As an International Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our customer’s projects, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Customer Engagement & Collaboration: Work with our internal sales team to understand customer requirements, then oversee equipment selection, budget management, and project scope during the pre-sale phase.
- Project Coordination: Craft and implement adaptive project schedules that include coordinating with additional departments to ensure clarity and scope alignment.
- Performance & Document Tracking: While managing day-to-day operations, maintain project performance metrics and ensure all project documents are complete, current, and organized.
- Travel Opportunities: Enjoy traveling (up to 30%) to customer sites, both domestically and internationally, for project-related activities.
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in the metals recycling industry, project management (preferably at least 5 years), an MBA (or other advanced degree), and PMP certification is preferred.
- You speak fluent English. Multi-lingual is preferred.
- You have have an entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to solve complex challenges and address conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re excellent at client management, negotiation, and business literacy skills which allows you to develop strong trusting relationships.
- You’re detail-orientated. Comprehending mechanical drawings, and leveraging solid modeling CAD is an easy task for you.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and excel in customer interactions.
- Your proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and project scheduling tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
