Manufacturing
Wendt
operates its own fully equipped manufacturing facility. Our 66,000
square-foot, 6-acre, facility in Tonawanda (Buffalo), New York,
enables us to control the entire process, from design to final paint
and shipment and our thoroughly trained parts and service staff
ensures our customer's requirements are addressed efficiently and
effectively.

Wendt
continues to modernize our plant, giving us more ways to efficiently
service our customers. This modernization includes the recent purchase
of a 6" Giddings & Lewis horizontal boring mill, allowing us
to mill a working area 22' long and 14' high.
We
have also invested in a six-torch computer-controlled burn table,
where we are able to burn up to 44' long,12' wide and 12" thick
steel plate.
Prior
to hiring, all of our welders must be pre-certified and pass a rigid
battery of hands-on tests as an integral part of our quality standards.
From light gauge metal to heavy structural and plate welding, our
experienced fabricators are proficient in all phases of the welding
process.
