Shredder Castings & Hardox Liners

Wendt supplies wear castings and liners to the automobile shredding industry throughout North America. Wendt offers manganese and alloy steel castings for virtually any manufacturer of shredders and in any quantity from a single casting to an entire truckload or sea container load.

Wendt provides a complete range of manganese and alloy steel castings and wear parts for most shredders. Available in 60", 74", 80", 82", 96", 98", 106", 120", 122", 125", and 130" mill sizes, we can supply hammers, top and bottom grates, spreader and cutter bars, breaker bars, anvils, reject doors, caps, side liners and all other related castings in standard or customized designs. Alloy hammers and caps are also available in many configurations.

To ensure quality, weights are marked in pounds, on each casting. All castings are individually serialized and cross-checked to melt chemistry and heat treatment analysis. All large castings have test bars that are physically checked and cross-referenced to the melt analysis.
