We pick up where Eddy Current
Separators leave off
Eddy Current
waste streams still contain significant amount
of metals. Typically this is stainless steel, copper windings,
insulated and bare copper wire and other missed metal
recovery opportunities.
The Finder uses
a sophisticated metal detection and air ejection system for all
metal recovery from waste streams. In addition to producing a mixed
all metal flow, the Finder can also be configured to scalp
Stainless Steel from a material flow. This allows maximization of
profits while at the same time, landfill and transportation costs
are minimized.
TITECH's technology
can be easily integrated into existing non-ferrous metal recycling
systems. The Finder has the following applications:
- Recovery
of metals from eddy current separator waste
- Recovery
of metals from heavy media waste streams
- Recovery
of metals from shredder cyclone waste
- Recovery
of metals from shredder non-ferrous residue
- Recovery
of stainless steel from mixed metals
In addition
to producing a mixed metals flow, the Finder can also be configured
to "scalp" Stainless Steel from a material flow.
The Finders
are now manufactured by Wendt Corporation in the USA with the Technology
developed and imported from TITECH. TITECH Separators are now
available in 120" belt widths.
Wendt Coporation
is the exclusive North American Distributor for TITECH. See our Metals
Sorting section for for the full Metal "X" product
line of TITECH equipment.
