• Personnel, budget, and margin responsibility for all service operations.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 3 year horizon departmental road map strategy that supports the company’s overall direction. Including succession planning.
• Demonstrate consistent professional leadership and strategic thinking.
• Establish and maintain KPI’s for the department as well as for each direct report.
• Consistently analyze the Department’s overall value proposition to ensure maximum productivity is being obtained from all resources.
• Responsible for the Department’s P&L statement and associated metrics.
• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner while interacting with our Customers.  Set the bar for how others should interact with Customers and their sub-contractors.
• Ensure yourself and your staff is properly trained for all appropriate safety protocols.  Responsible for yours and your staff’s safety compliance at all times.
• Establish and maintain effective training tools and certifications to ensure staff is properly trained and cross-trained.
• Establish and maintain standard work procedures for each type of work category performed by the staff.
• Work with Sales, Sales Engineering, and the PMO to develop and maintain prospecting and bidding tools to support pipeline activities.
• Interact with Customers, Sales, and Project Managers to develop and close new business.
• Develop custom quotes as requested.
• Work in a highly organized and efficient manner with a very customer-centric focus.
• Travel to Customer sites as needed to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, assess staff, and to close new business.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial field or similar curriculum, or a lesser degree with equivalent work experience is required. Advanced degrees preferred.
• 3 or more years of leadership experience.
• Any service related management in a technical field service environment is preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience as an engineer or technician working in the field performing some combination of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or controls work.
• Advanced hydraulic and/or electrical installation and/or repair experience preferred.
• Basic rigging experience. Advanced experience with large outdoor lifts preferred.

• The Spare Parts Buyer, will oversee the complete ordering process and manage the spare parts ordering for assigned suppliers, primarily our overseas equipment partners.
• Coordinates the ordering process utilizing our Visual ERP system.
• Prioritizes the orders with suppliers. Expedites and keep the delivery schedule updated and accurate in Visual.
• Maintains the current, accurate pricing in the ERP.
• Coordinates the shipment and the import process.
• Knowledge of importation process and HTS classification of parts required.
• Aptitude in mechanical and electrical parts required.
• Reconciles invoices and prioritizes the receiving process as required for large container shipments to support PSO orders.
• Tracks and expedites air freight shipments.

Education and Experience:
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• 3 years of direct experience.

• Utilize mastery of solid modeling skills to design, assemble, engineer, and detail models.
• Work with Project Management to ensure products are released and available in a timely matter to meet project schedule.
• Apply strong working knowledge of physics and analytical mathematics to engineer and design quality products that meet specification and costing goals.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team and foster an environment that encourages suggestions and product improvements from the manufacturing team.
• Produce high quality drawings to company standards.
• Able to both create designs from scratch as well as derivative designs from existing products.
• Employ Design for Manufacturing (DFM) rules to achieve maximum cost benefit to produce parts and assemblies.
• Leverage commonality and library components to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
• Effectively support and strengthen the company’s positive brand image in both written and verbal communications with clients, colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Light travel, both domestically and internationally.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar curriculum or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5 years practical work experience in a related field is required.

• Design of electrical schematics and other project documents using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Development of quotes for new sales and service opportunities.
• Provide direct technical support to customers and colleagues in the field. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times as a priority.
• Onsite and remote PLC programming.
• System design and calculations.
• Efficiently manage multiple active projects at varying stages of progress.
• Up to 15% travel to customer sites, both domestic and internationally.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in schematic design using AutoCAD. AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
• PLC programming experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience with each of the following; electrical engineering analysis, supporting calculations, wire sizing, and voltages.
• Hands on experience as an electrician doing wiring and I/O check out work preferred.

• Conceptualize, engineer, specify, and commission control systems as a lead engineer.
• Design of electrical schematics and other project documents using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Onsite and remote PLC programming.
• Deliver training to end user customers.
• Provide direct technical support to customers and colleagues in the field. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times is a priority.
• Efficiently manage multiple active projects at varying stages of progress.
• Development of quotes for new sales and service opportunities.
• Up to 30% travel to customer sites, both domestic and internationally.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in schematic design using AutoCAD. AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
• Five (5) years PLC programming experience using Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 and RSLogix 500.
• Five (5) years of HMI touch screen programming and experience using RSView ME/SE.
• Five (5) years of Engineering experience designing and implementing electrical systems for large manufacturing or industrial equipment. Specific experience in the scrap metal, mining, or quarry industries preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience with each of the following; electrical engineering analysis, supporting calculations, wire sizing, and voltages.
• Experienced as an electrician doing wiring and I/O check out.

The Field Service Technician (FST) performs installation, commissioning, and repair work at customer sites. They troubleshoot problems arising in the equipment to identify root cause so it can be returned to normal operating parameters. During installation and commissioning of new equipment they work to ensure results meet or exceed performance standards and that customers are trained and satisfied. Technical cross-training, safety, and travel flexibility are fundamental requirements of the position.
• Diagnose and repair equipment either in our own shop or by travelling to the location of the customer.
• Install and commission new equipment at the customer site.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times as a priority.
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure it is meeting minimum performance standards.
• Provide telephone, email, and text support to the customer in order to perform troubleshooting or training.
• When not in the field, perform equipment assembly and test in the shop to support manufacturing and/or any other work in the shop for which they are qualified.
• Supervise, instruct, direct, and assign work to shop employees who may be at a customer site assisting with work there and be responsible for the work they oversee.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the equipment and processes by providing timely and organized feedback to the company.
• Prepare and distribute required reports in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as requested by your supervisor.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma
• Advanced vocational degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial equipment industry
• Experience traveling to perform service or installations preferred

The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery success including customer satisfaction throughout the process from pre-sale through commissioning.
• Engage client and internal sales team to oversee final equipment selection, budgets, scope, and schedule in the pre-sale phase.
• Upon award of contract, create and execute project work schedule, work breakdown structure, attain customer approval, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the client including change order
• Effectively understands customer’s needs and proactively proposes solutions to meet those needs.
• Coordinate with all departments and suppliers to ensure schedule and scope requirements are clearly communicated.
• Assist engineering management to identify critical path so work is assigned in the most efficient manner.
• Maintain key project performance metrics.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.
• Approve releases to manufacturing as part of the release process.
• Specify and release orders with purchasing for any and all third party scope of supply.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for and facilitates client progress reviews in addition to timely internal team reviews to achieve on-time and high-quality milestone achievement.
• Manages and coordinates fieldwork as required to facilitate installation and commissioning.
• Mitigates company exposure and risk while maximizing margin on all projects.

• Responsible for all project documents to ensure they are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
